Refund policy

At Picturesque Coloring, all of our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we want you to have a great experience, so exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases (accidental repeat orders)
• Corrupted or faulty files that cannot be opened or used
• Incorrect product delivered due to an error on our end

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you—either by providing a replacement file or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Please note:

• Refunds are not available for change of mind or if the product does not meet personal expectations.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and file details before purchasing.
